Lars Nygvist (FIN) has been appointed as chairman of the International Jury at the Gaastra Dragon Worlds 09. He will be assisted by TonyO'Gorman (IRL), Andrus Poksi (EST), Huib Ozinga (NED) and Irene Wentink (NED).
